i tested mine. without geounding mat. cell phone charging, side lamp and wall plug energy , my voltage went up to 5 Volts. as i lay down on the mat.l, the reading went down to .7 this is something we should all have. and the more electricity we have around us the more damage we causing in our bodies. definitely my best purchase so far. thank you
I’ve been hearing about about grounding mats from fellow wellness industry guys. But never really took too much interested. When this one popped up being priced well below the othered I’ve previously seen I decided to make the purchase. Recently I’ve had some pain in my knees that’s been annoying me for a while. I’ve used the mat in my bed and keep it close to my feet. After a few days I realised the pain in my knee is gone not sure if it a coincidence but I’m definitely going to keep on using it. Personally I used the direct grounding cord that I put in my garden and though the window to my bed ( come with long enough cable ) This just gives me peace of mind. 10/10
Highly recommend. Inflammation due to fibromyalgia and insomnia changed from night one. I can not wait to go to bed. This is the second one I bought, one for home, one for work.
EXCELLENT product, even comes with 2 adaptable plugs, one is for the typical South African oulet (you plug the mat's cord in on the SIDE of the adaptor, not at the top) and one is a travel adapter and there's a leaflet with instructions, take the time to read and understand it thoroughly. And for those who are not fimiliar with grounding mats yet, the conductive, smooth side is the top side and should face upwards, directly under your fitted sheet.
I will buy extra mats for sure, as for this price it's a treasure find and what this do for you, is VITAL...!!!
Do yourself a favour and watch the short 15-minute "Down To Earth / The Earthing Movie" on YouTube, it is shocking what we do to ourselfs by disconnecting ourselves from the earth, causing us all kinds of illnesses like cancer, inflammation etc and this product is truly a LIFE SAVER. Your body is made to heal itself and knows exactly what to do and if you can't put your bare feet at least once a day on mother earth, this is your "secret", but if you rather prefer a pill for every ill, this product is not for you.
